The Greenville Premier Dart Association is an organization designed to promote the sport of steel tip darts in the greater Greenville, South Carolina area. We founded the GPDA in 2009, thus adding to the area's rich dart history. We are a progressive bunch and have unique ways to promote the sport through customized, singles and doubles based leagues designed to improve player's skill level and enjoyment of the game. The GPDA and it's players hold themselves to a higher standard and together we strive to make a difference in how our sport is perceived and played. MLD, GPDA playoffs, challenger and upcoming events Major League Darts held it's first Area 6 tournament in Greenville at the VFW. GPDA Director and ML Darts Region 6 Coordinator Chuck Hudson was Tournament Director for the event held at the VFW.
Four GPDA members played with Sandy Hudson winning the Ladies title and John Liggett claiming the consolation crown. The City Championship playoffs have begun with quarter-final matches and the Challenger division's regular season is winding to a close on May 31. Sandy Hudson wins World Dart Federation Title
GPDA player Sandy Hudson won the Ladies 501 Title over Marilyn Popp at the richest dart tournament in the country. The World Dart Federation sanctions 5-6 American events yearly as qualifiers for the Winmau World Masters. This is her 3rd WDF singles crown of the past 13 events in America.
